Adsense site making min $5+ per day

I'm looking for an expert on Google Adsense websites. The freelancer should create an Adsense websitese that generates AT LEAST $5 USD per day. Following are my requirements; - An overview plan must be provided before starting the project. - Pharma, violence, gambling are not acceptable sites. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE "TERMS OF SERVICE" 100% - The service provider will give me a list of possible niches to work on, and then I will decide on the niche. - Domain name search will be made by the service provider. - Domain will be purchased by me and I will install the domain on my hosting account. - The website should be running on the latest version of JOOMLA. - A suitable template and layout will be choosen and installed by the provider. - The template design must be neat related to choosen niche - Template must be and optimised to attract people to click on the ads. - All content will be provided by the freelancer. - At least 40 articles should be submitted. - Content must be original and SEO optimised with keywords used frequently. - Content, design and number of ads Must be 100% within the Google Terms of Service - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic - Website will be promoted using backlinks and other organic traffic building techniques - Traffic driven must be 100% white hat real people no bots. - SEO Marketing as required - Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as adsense NO PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE!!! I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my adsense account. I will hold the payment for 30 days until this has been confirmed. No partial payments - sorry! When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full. The bidder should consider the following points: • Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. • Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own) Have to stress again website, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense "TERMS OF SERVICE". I cannot risk my Adsense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY! Only experience bidders with a proven record will be considered.
