Adsense\ Seo for a tech blog -- Revenue plan

I am looking some people who will listen to my plan and suggest me proper techniques and way tos to get what i am hoping for. As the title says, its a technology blog, but with a different concept. I dont have working knowledge on SEO\ Adsense and other revenues a techblog gets, but i am kinda looking for a mentor rather than a freelancer with this. Scenario: I want a report on how blogs like [login to view URL], techcrunch and other blog sites are built. And based on those reports, i want some1 to completely tailor a plan for my SEO and Adsense of the site.. And regarding content i have a line of authors who can produce unique content.
