We are an Australian online printing business. We are seeking a professional to develop a business plan. We are generating a sound sales volume and have done so for the last 12-24 months without having a business or marketing plan.
We are looking for someone outside of our business to look at our online business in detail and examine where improvements can be made to potentially improve conversions, develop a new marketing strategy and possibly even help implement this strategy and monitor the plan over a period of time.
We are at a stage with our business where we are looking for new marketing opportunities to trial and potentially take our business to the next level.
