CPA Lead Generation Needed

Hello Freelancers! I am looking for people that can get me REAL signups to various cpa or cpl offers targeting US and other parts of the world. I work with several networks and have access to several CPA/CPL offers. I am looking for a reliable partner to work with me on my business and will pay you per individual campaign a set payout that we discuss and agree upon before you mail offer (each offer has different payout) Some pay more then others. Restrictions: Fraudulent conversions will not be tolerated. If you fraudulently create leads, (submitting ghost leads), using bots or other automated means to inflate conversions, registrations, or clicks by fraudulent traffic generation using pre-population forms or mechanisms, you risk forfeiting your entire commission for all programs and your account with us will be terminated. NO Craigslist, NO rotating IPs, NO Blackhat, NO Cookie cleaners and nothing like that! Your leads will be verified and if they are found to be bogus or fraud, you will not receive payment! APPROVAL PROCESS Make a bid on this project and send us a brief description on how you are going to supply your leads ( I will not ask you for your trade secrets but give at least a brief description) HOW WILL YOU BE PAID? All payments are processed via Freelancer. Your payment will be made to your Freelancer account, immediately after my CPA Network pays me for the leads (approx every 30 days or less) that you have generated in your first month. You will only be paid once I get paid by my affiliate company. The reason for this is , if i pay you up front for the leads and the affiliate company tells me that my leads are fake and garbage then i will lose out on all of the money. If however everything is OK, and my affiliate company send the payment in my Paypal account,then I will immediately send you the money via Freelancer in your freelancer account. *LEADS MUST BE QUALITY, 100% REAL TRAFFIC NOT BOGUS In other words... *NO Use of proxy servers. *NO Rotating IP addresses. *NO Fake Emails. *NO Fake Zip Codes. *NO Duplicates sign ups. *NO Fraudulent sign ups. *NO Automated Methods. *NO Cookie Cleaners. *NO Black Hat. *NO C r a i g l i s t *NO Auto Bots or Software. *ONLY quality sign-ups *ONLY unique and confirmed E-mail Addresses and Zip Codes *ONLY unique and confirmed IP addresses
