Create/Manage a PPC Campaign (adwords)

I need a google adwords campaign created for my company website [login to view URL]
I've created one myself, but being a novice it is not operating at the level I need it to be. The successful candidate will:
Set up adwords from scratch for me, and then optimize it for a month. If this is done successfully, I will rehire on a recurring basis to manage the account for me.
I will need you to make many different campaigns/Ad Groups, and then test to see which keywords perform the best in order to distribute the budget(which for the first month will be $50-100) in the best way possible.
I will need the winning bidder to make a variety of quality ads (text ads, display ads etc)
Link the account to google analytics.
I need the winning bidder to make sure that my ads feature prominently on google, and gets me as much business as possible for my budget.
I will give a more detailed description of what I need once I hire.
