We have a database of approximately 3500 customers in Workflow Max. We need to flag a subset of those customers as "do not mail" and/or "do not email" (roughly 750 records). \r\nAdditionally, there are some contacts on the customer list that who are no longer with the client\'s company and need to be deleted. (another 500 records)\r\n\r\nWe have the information in the form of notes on hard copies of letters, etc. We need to log in to WorkflowMax, look up the record and make the required changes/additions.
