Credit Restoration Campaign--No Upfront Cost

I am looking for people who can help mass market my credit repair service without getting me spammed. Clients must go to the site to see what we offer. I will pay based on conversion rate. There is no upfront cost to the customer for the service so conversion rate should be pretty high. I am targeting:--Individuals, Loan Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, Car Dealerships, and Realtors.
