I am having a Wizard of Oz-themed birthday party for my 5 year old. I'd like a designer to create an illustration of my daughter, who is African-America, draw as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. Namely, it would be an illustration of a little African-American girl with light skin (she is biracial), curly hair (2 curly pony tails) wearing the classic Dorothy dress, holding her dog Toto in a basket. I'd like a few versions, including a silhouette version, plus one with some of the other characters from the Wizard of Oz.
