Children's book illustrator

I am currently developing a children's book for ipad/android. I am looking for an illustrator that can illustrate the interactive book. The project is a first of a series of at least 4 books. If successful, additional books will be produced in the future. PLEASE BID AMOUNT PER ONE BOOK. The story consists of 20-24 illustrated pages. Illustrations need to be scalable 2048x1536 pixels (for new ipad) to 480x320 (for older iphones). Please note -The characters will be bases off of real people. You must be able to draw a likeness of the people. -I am looking for refined work that is neither too realistic or cartoony. A good example of this is the art of Sarah Mensinga. -The use of "lighting" in coloring for each illustration is important. Looking for a field of depth and not "flat" looking images. -This app will eventually be made into a printed hardcover version. -All drawings need to be drawn 100% original and digital. -I will own all rights to the created work. No royalties will be paid. -I will narrow down from the bidders a list of finalist and then require those finalist to submit a sample for this project based off a photo I will provide.
