Artist Wanted For Grapic Novel Submission!

I am a writer seeking an artist for a Graphic Novel Submission to New York Agent. The novel is called New York Love Story (although its more about betrayal and vengance than true love) The full story is written and in the process of being converted into full script for the artist. The first ten pages are ready for drawing and can be supplied via email. Style will be city landscapes, realism, Gritty, Dirty and emotive. I need an artist that can do large scale city backdrops and add real emotion and detail to characters. Character development is important and the artist will have extensive background information to create believable characters. The artwork will be black and white with use of colour to highlight objects and draw the readers attention to details and events. The colour is optional at this stage. (Think Frank Miller Sin City) I would also like the artist to have some kind of input and ideas of the best way to portray the story, however, this is not totally required as I have been very specific on layouts, colours and descriptions for each box and page. I require the first ten pages for a submission to the Waxman agency in New York who is interested in passing the work to a well known publisher in the genre. Also, If the project gets the green light, I would need to know if you would be available to pick up the option, we would be talking about 200ish pages in total. It should also be noted that page one and ten require litttle work as they are basicly black with a small amount of text, so we are only really talking about eight pages of total drawing. I could probably make do with fewer pages at this stage, but I think the first ten would be better. Please make it clear in your offers how many pages you would be willing to do and also I would need to see some of your existing work or have a sample page done before payment.
