diagram illustration

We need a diagram for a brochure that shows the difference between an elliptical path and another shape. We want two diagrams one is just a close up of another. a) the ellipse and the other shape with a runners foot superimposed onto the other shape b) the same diagram but the the leg for a runner as well as the foot on it. I've attached the images for the ellipse and bionic runner shape. I've also attached a diagram of someone running through the 4 stages of running. Baiscally it is these two diagrams combined. Also there is a table in this document that I would like to be made to look more visually appealing and to save as an image. Kind regards Steve
