Customize the graphic design of Wordpress Enigma Template used for our website

We have a Wordpress website project based on Enigma theme mostly completed. We would like to modify the Enigma theme design while keeping the custom design very close to the Enigma code. The pages we want to change are the home and portfolio pages. On home, we want to improve the header to better integrate our company logo, reduce the slider picture sizes and slightly touch-up the overall design to better fit with the new header. On the portfolio, we want to integrate a table to present our company projects which are electronic product assemblies. We would like to list in that table for each project : Industry, Product Name, 1-5 bullets listing our responsibilities and a picture. Wireframes for the homepage and portfolio page (including the table) are what we are looking for. The implementation will be done by us. Our logo is attached.
