I'm searching for freelancer website system programmer that can create booking flight tiket system which inside of the website there must have: 1) customer booking tiket registration profile. 2) date and time selection for booking and seat that can be choose. 2) based on customer profile that has been register I can retrieve their birth of date notification based on month and send a promotion flight tiket with half price in selected place that we give to the customer through email. 3) based on the customer registration profile I can view how frequently they use my services and I give them promotion free flight tiket based on selection place that we offer.

I have made an email service for my college as a project of Web Technology, which has same architecture and use cases like this one. SOFTWARE SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : [1] Implement in HTML.
