Create ebook from existing page

I need to create an ebook with multiple versions and I'm looking for VA to do that. There is no content creation involved, only copying.
You will get:
- a book cover (an image)
- links (URLs) to 30 main pages
- links (URLs) to 30 subpages
Your task will be:
- create 30 versions of the ebook in both docx and pdf format (60 files total)
- cover image will always be the same and cover the entire first page precisely
- on top of the cover image, you will insert a text (different for each version). You will copy this text from <title> tag of the main page
- for following pages of the ebook you will copy the main page content (except header, sidebar, comments and footer). Formatting must be kept exactly and it must look well.
- between the main page content and subpage content you will insert a heading text (Heading 1). You will copy this text from <title> tag of the subpage.
- for further following pages of the ebook, you will copy the subpage content (except header, sidebar, comments and footer). Formatting must be kept exactly and it must look well.
- you will save the files (30 times DOCX and 30 times PDF) into one folder and you will use file naming that will be provided to you.
Each file will therefore contain:
(1) the book cover with title of main page
(2) contents of main page
(3) title of subpage
(4) content of subpage
