Counter script

Hi, I have a plain html page and need a counter to add to my page that works as follow Numeric Counter Automatically increase number every hh:mm:ss Counter will stop increasing each day between hh:mm:ss to hh:mm:ss Counter will stop increasing permanently on the dd:mm:yyyy - hh:mm:ss Counter text can be modified (size, font type, color) Counter text should always be center (see pic1 attached) I do not want if someone check the page source code he/she understands that this is just a programmed counter. I want to give the feeling that this counter is connected to some sort of db. Please give your best quote. Thanks Steve
