Assistance with PHP / Permissions error etc. on Server (Plesk based) -- 2

Hi there, Although this seems to be a pretty simple fix (I think) I have no time to complete and not really the PHP skills that I think are needed. Basically a server that a opencart shop sits on is now showing up a open_basedir error (along with others) the hosting company have given some solutions but (!?) *see below: _________________________________________ It appears this is a permissions issue with your website's folders.
