Ajax Dialog with js

1) I need Ajax dialog compatible with IE, FF and Chrome and I need that ajax dialog open an external site using iframe or similar method. 2) Style I need without borders, without titles, Only Close button and that iframe using all ajax dialog space. similar style of ajax dialog open when you push orange button in this site: [login to view URL] 3) If is possible close ajax dialog only clicking on Close button and dont close clicking out of ajax dialog ( if have question about this point talk to me ) 4) The idea is that I will can open this dialog calling a simple function like: OpenDialog( "[login to view URL]" ); and calling this function open dialog in any website that I inject this code. 5) If is possible when I call to OpenDialog(); function this will load the external site in the iframe, but not showing this (dialog) instantly, showing this in 5 seconds.
