Hi, I deal with this type of data cleansing on a daily basis and will be able to deal with it no problem. I work for a large IT supplier working on a migration of 80,000 users at the moment, and I receive user data in all types of difficult formats, so this task is second nature to me. In terms of approach, I will likely use a combination of filtering, advanced formulas and possibly some Excel VBA if necessary, to clean the data up and consolidate it into a unique list with all of the required data.
