C, C++ Programmer needed. set homepage, search engine, toolbar in firefox,i.e,opera,chrome.

i want a software same like sweetim.com. i want it to set my website [login to view URL] as default homepage in firefox,i.e, chrome and opera. and also set my site as default search engine in firefox, chrome and i.e. and third requirement is a toolbar in firefox, and i.e. the toolbar should contain all the functions which sweetim toolbar is containing. I want all the work in c++ or c language . and in native format, not in dot net framework. all the smilies will be provided by me. you just have to make the functions same like sweetim toolbar. note:sweetim software also installs smilies in yahoo,msn and other instant messengers. but i don't want it in yahoo, msn or any other messenger. my 3 requirements are clearly defined in above.
