Illustrate 6 Kids Cartoon Style Backgrounds for Halloween Video Project

Hi, Thanks for talking the time to asses our project. **** We need this completed in the next few days therefore please take this into consideration when replying! **** Summary: We require 6 cartoon style vector illustrations sized 1920x1080 as backgrounds for a video project aimed at children 0-5. Five Vectors will be various inside rooms of a house with the other being a street view of the outside of the house. The project is Halloween themed therefore all rooms need to have a spooky element to them (spider webs in corners, pumpkins on shelves etc) – not over the top and not to scary but just some Halloween spirit. The house itself should me roughly based on an American style property (photo example attached) modern but not to realistic! Look should be cartoon style and must be colourful and bright to engage our target audience. Colour scheme should be consistent (but not identical) across rooms with pastel colours probably working best The person we hire should be able to fill in the blanks as we will only be giving requirements on what is special or required and the rest of the design left up to you based on the normal items in a house. All rooms will require floors as some shots are full length – for the mid-length shots we will simply change the size of the vector. The main aspect of each room we will be specifying is where we need transparency allowing insertion of characters in post. Remember we need to put a character behind these areas therefore please make them big enough to accommodate this but not so big as to look out of place. The graphics side of things is talking more time that I have available and would love to find the right person to form and ongoing relationship with. If you have skills at animation also we will be looking in the future to request that kind of material (not required for this project). Living Room: - Rectangular Mirror to the right of screen should be transparent – please leave in frame and trans behind that. Boys Bedroom: - Window to right transparent - Bed in shot with black cat sleeping. Girls Room - Windows to right transparent - Picture frame to left apprx level with window transparent Bathroom - Bathroom mirror to right with sink underneath mirror to be transparent Baby’s Room - Solid Crib that is not see through (no bars) to allow head of baby to be placed behind - Black and orange balloons in background Front view of house - Bottom third should be street and sidewalk - House with grass and path leading up to door - Fence - Halloween decorations - Characters to be placed on sidewalk full length therefore please allow for this perspective wise. - Halloween dark sky and big moon in background to add a spooky element – few bats in moon etc.
