Design some signage for our food truck

I need some graphic design. We have copy that needs to be designed for printing on vinyl and applied to our food truck. I have the original art files. The challenge is color, font, & layout as there are a lot of words. The size of the area is about 20" x 20" I have mockups that illustate the concept.
