Design a new web interface for our control panel

My company provides hosting services for Internet radio stations and we need a new user interface design for our web-based control panel. Requirements: - The design must be very polished, and very modern-looking. Plenty of whitespace, readable fonts, and a beautiful yet simple color palette. We're looking for someone with an eye for detail. - The design must be unique and exclusive to our company and be licensed to us for our exclusive and unrestricted use. - Our developers will take the final design and implement it as a responsive HTML/CSS layout using a Javascript framework. The same design will be used for everything from phones to tablets to small- and large-screen desktop PCs, and must be designed with this in mind. Designs which are easier to implement (eg: minimal use of images, heavy use of icons [FontAwesome, etc], gradients that can be implemented in CSS3 rather than using images, UI elements that can be easily implemented using something like Bootstrap, etc.) will be given priority. - Please include a simple mockup of how your design could reflow into a mobile layout. (Don't worry about spending a lot of time on this; we just need to make sure the design bears small screens in mind.) - Our control panel is heavy on statistics and metrics -- lots of meters/graphs/charts/indicators. Ideally I think we'd prefer for the base design to be colored somewhat neutrally, and to use brightly colored widgets to make the design "pop". Feel free to be creative in the design of your statistics widgets. - The following information should ALWAYS be visible on on ALL pages of the control panel: - Our company logo -- any size of at least 32x32px. It's a simple, 2D, geometric logo -- just use a placeholder in your design. - The name of the client's radio station (and optionally its tagline, if there is space) - The current station time (eg: 2:37am, Tue, Sep 1) - Indicators showing whether the radio server, the AutoDJ, and the broadcast are online or offline - Meters or other indicators (be creative) indicating: 1) the number of listeners online now; 2) the month's data usage; and 3) the current disk space usage - Information about the current song being broadcasted, including the artist name, album name, song title, and (important!) the album cover. Optionally also the name of the current program being broadcasted (eg: "Top 6 at 6", "Hard Rock Hour", etc.) if there is space. - Somewhere in the header, please include icons (or links, etc.) to access a settings page, a notifications page (i.e., an icon with a counter overlay), and the user's profile. - Ideally, all of the above information should be displayed in a reasonably compact manner so that the user still sees a substantial amount of the page content "above the fold". The meters and indicators may optionally be designed to be "collapsible" by the user to reclaim space. (On mobile, the meters, indicators, and song information will be hidden or collapsed by default.) - The top-level navigation items are "Dashboard", "Control", "Statistics", "AutoDJ", "DJs", and "Widgets". Each of those headings will have several sub-items that must be accommodated in the design (possibly by expanding each heading or a foldout menu, etc). The navigation menu will be hidden on mobile devices and accessible through a "hamburger" menu -- the design should take this under consideration. - For the page content in your mockup, feel free to create a sample statistics page demonstrating how various charts, graphs, and indicators might look when implemented in the design. I have included a few screenshots of third-party designs we like to give you an idea of the styles we're looking for. That said, we are open to any design that is modern and eye-catching. When bidding on this project, please ensure that you have similar/related work in your portfolio that we can review.
