Objective: Redesign my house to include an rear/side extension. Scope: Single storey extension to the rear/East side i.e. kitchen extension. which lets in lots of natural light and allows lots of viewpoints to the rear garden. Convert small 'study' single storey extension on the south side to a double storey extension. 'Box out' a corner of the house with a double storey extension on the North side. Preferably integrate all the above into a single 'one design' so the look and feel is consistent. The design exterior must be in keeping with the existing design. No plans or drawings of the property are available however I have a number of photographs and I can provide dimensions/sketches as required. The property has plenty of space around the perimeter of the house so obstructions/exclusions are not an issue. Sewage piping runs down the section of the north face which will need to be moved with the north 'box-out' extension. Kitchen contains a chimney breast at the rear which will be structural so might need to maintained and form a column within the new expanded kitchen. Deliverables: Drawings, plans, 3D model. PDF copies and native CAD/drawing file so I can open it in a CAD package. By when: April 2017
