Design a clean and easy to read candidate profile page

We are a recruitment technology company that help good company to find good candidate that would match their working style, skill set and basic requirements. We are looking for a designer to help us make our web-based candidates "look book" looks good. We are hoping to find a designer who we can turn to a full-time / long-term engagement as we continue to develop on this product! Further information are included as attached. The basics: 1. The wireframe_designer brief and the iphone picture gives a basic idea of what we envisioned. The picture has 2 images, the one on the right contains some add-ons we are going to add in the future iterations. 2. The 20160917... png is an previous version of the design. We found that one too overwhelming. However, this may give you a good idea on what we are developing :) The top menus would be kept and would be good to incorporate in the design. 3. The design should be one-page. 4. We will continue to build on this and the 3 boxes in the mid section (The basics, who they are, their skills), Those 3 boxes are not clickable for now, but they would be clickable in the next iteration.
