Design a WordPress Mockup

I am currently running a website on [login to view URL] . I need you to convert the current structure to Wordpress and make it a perfect website both for mobile and desktop PCs. It should 100% mobile friendly. In proposal, please suggest your recommend wordpress theme (note, I own divi theme/template in premium as well and if you can power the wordpress website on Divi theme from elegant themes), I can be more happy. The final agreement should be on: 1. You will create a beautiful layout for current structure of website. 2. Copy the contents from current website to website (pictures, texts and page structure) 3. I own [login to view URL] premium accounts and forms are from that). 4. Create a relevant log and main header picture). 5. Anything else you suggest will engage audience more.
