Design a Website Mockup for a Kid's Rocket and Aeronautical Club in Kazakhstan (KASAR)

I am starting a rocket and aeronautical club for kids in Kazakhstan. The club will be focused on fun learning about chemistry and physics related to aeronautics, space and rockets. There will be different levels for different age groups. The site will need a lot of information about both the Russian space program (which was run (and for the next 10 years will be) from Baikonour, Kazakhstan as well as the US space program and then other programs. The site will be the "store front" for events and programs which will be runs in cooperation with various schools in Kazakhstan and will be the go to point to register as a member and to find out about events. The site will need to be in English, Russian and Kazakh. For the time being, it will be done only in English. The site should be fun but also informative with links to Youtube videos of various amature rocket launches as well as highlights from the Soviet and US space program. The working name for the club is KASAR which stands for Kazakhstan Amature Space, Aeronautical and Rocket Club. I will be registering the KASAR domain shortly.
