PLEASE READY BELOW FIRST AN PROPERLY I have a website where coding is complete and i need the website to be re-designed In the past, i have always spoon fed designers in instructing them to design anything i have always come accross people who dont even think themselves of selecting good icons, good fonts or even align the fonts and pay attention to spacings, making the edges appropriate, selecting good buttons and making it well done and acceptable and neat as per todays web trends I am going to launch this website and my requirements are --- re-design the website (not necessary the layout, but tweaking to what and where is needed) social media page designs email newsletters i need lot of work to be done and looking for someone reliable who i can work with all the time and who doesnt only know the software but also knows how to design and think design and a little creative too IMPORTANT -- before i select you, i will ask you to design a sample and show me i dont want to see your past work (i dont trust that anymore) you have to do something that i ask for and show me if you think you canot do this for free and need the job to be awarded then what we can do is -- atleast you can go over my website and point out things that you find can be improved and changed....and things that dont look good etc etc....so i can understand your thought process...i guess this is fair enough you must point out things that are extremely bad, or needs improvement and also mention what you are thinking like....show me font you want to use, show me icon or anything.....or may be explain in words so i can understand my website is currently loaded on [login to view URL] i need you to register on the website and see the inside pages also (like post what you want to buy and see the process and see those pages are so badly done) (try to also quote someone -- search on for sellers tab and see that) (see my account section) (check out the emails that come to you -- even those need to be designed well) look forward to finding someone right

Hello Sir, I am not telling you about what i am doing and what i did in past i have just pointed out about your product according to UX point of view what i learned in past. Some point is given below. 1. Your website design not matched according to their nature of business 2. There is not clear CTA for banner section. 3. Typography is not good. (Banner section, Top Navigation, and hole website) 4. Not proper Information Architecture or Navigation flow used to understand why user visit in your website. 5. Color combination is not good just use as per your logo. there is lots of chance to improve it. 6. Messing the element on home page space not used properly and also not define section as per IA. 7.
