Design a Website Mockup

I have taken hosting services from Hostgator and just connected a domain with available Dolphin template. I want somebody to set it up and customize it for me. It is a social website to connect with others of the same interest (eg. cycling group).

The topic and design concepts will be shared upon granting the project. Overall requirement--

- A responsive good looking social website (including banners/ icons)

-a welcome page with banner to give strong brand message

- standard login/signup facility

- Users must be able to login through social accounts like FB, Gmail etc.

- forums for topics of discussion

- Contest pages

- Announcements

- Active member lists

- google map integration to point any event location

I know little bit about HTML, nothing about PHP/ database etc., in the handover process you have to make me understand how to operate/ manage the website. Also, do keep in mind to USE YOUR ORIGINAL FIRST TIME WORK ONLY, As you have to transfer copyrights to me and by accepting this project you are not to disclose idea/any material to anyone without my prior permission

- a valid domain from Godaddy

- hosting service from Hostgator

- a sample live page with dolphin template

Future requirements --

If I like your work, I may hire you again for designing mobile app for the same or you may choose to do it along with this project. just quote your price accordingly when bidding. Please mention the code 'Explorer' when placing your bid so that I get to know you actually read this long post. Also, there is one more website that needs development after this, so bid in for a long term association.
