Design a Powerpoint template

Hi, I'm making a PowerPoint Presentation. I have a slide I'm working on, but need someone to make an image for me. I've laid out the basics, but don't know how to make swooping arrows connecting the boxes. This should be easy if you are good at PowerPoint and if you have a graphics package so you can clean up the template image I am providing. Here's some more details: - I have roughly laid out what I want on PowerPoint. See last slide in attached Ppt - I have an example from a paper that I scanned and can include in .pdf (reference) - See last slide of attached Ppt and note where I need swooping arrows and the direction of the arrows - Also, Please make the entire figure look nicer and more professional. Right now, it looks terrible - it's just some PowerPoint Boxes. Make it look professional. - I want curvy, swooping stylized arrows added to the figure I have started - The final figure should match our corporate colour scheme which is: Black, 2) Red with colours as 196, 26, 45 (red), a muted gray 2) See PowerPoint attached as reference for our corporate colours and styles and font types 3) See .pdf attached 4) This is easy and mostly done -- if you are experienced this will take 30 minutes or so 5) Will pay up to $20 CAD if you make it look professional and like it came from a designer not someone like me who draws boxes with PowerPoint. 6) I have two more I'll need done after this if you are good at it I'll give to you. 7) Deadline: I would like this back in a few hours, maybe 3 - so you must be ready to do it today.
