I need to create a vector logo. I have the background but need the grunge ribbons added with text. It needs to look like [url removed, login to view] but where it says "Memphis" it needs to say "MCPFFA" and where it says "1784" it needs to say "4183". "LOCAL" can stay the same. Please match the fonts as close as you can. I don't know what the font name is.
