This banner will be utilized within a shopping centre. The image attached will show you a rough idea where the banner placement will be. The dimensions of the banner are : Height : 165 centimetres Length: 635 centimetres I will require the banner to be in a high resolution printable format (.tiff, .ai, .psd etc..) The Goal : For the banner ad to target as many customers as possible to us as real estate agents, with primary focus on landlords to provide us their properties to manage. The design: Please refer to the files attached ([login to view URL] and image(1).jpeg) I like the look of those banners and the layout. The banner will feature our photos which I will provide to the awarded freelancer. Content : The content will have our images as mentioned, The Logo will be provided to the awarded freelancer and in regards to content we would like it to be thought inducing and focused on contacting us, we are open to suggestions on the content however it must include : BUY SELL RENT FINANCE. displayed and designed beautifully.
