Create a simple Web Page Based on Indications

Hey everybody. I'm requiring to build a website based on indications which are given clearly.
I give the following for its creation:
1. Table of contents (Mind map with the sections needed)
2. Content (10 pages word document)
3. Wordpress Installation and theme working perfectly.
4. Colors which have to be used.
5. Every page has to have a contact form.
6. Logo
7. File which indicates the target audience of the page, and some aditional criteria (useful for design)
I'm requiring to create a maximal amount of 10 pages in a website (it is important to have a pretty, clear and cool design):
- Home Page (which will include a small e-commerce section) a Call to action close to the header, some services, a slider and contact information (a simple mind map will be provided)
- Services
- A page for every service (5 to 10 services) (text provided)
- Woocommerce Section, I just need some tweaks to create the woocommerce home (1 banner - no products upload required)
- 2 aditional pages, texts are provided.
*Maybe minimal coding will be required just for design stuff.
*Images will NOT be provided so you have to find them in free stock sites like pexels. (It is important to send the sources at the end of the project).
* Every page will have a contact form 7 call to action.
*We will use Site Origin Pagebuilder for all the pages.
We're starting next week, and we're planning a long term relationship. Many projects coming.
