Create banners and set CSS colors for almost finished site

For a new Magento 1.9.x site about CBD oil we’re making we need a graphics / CSS designer to create some front page banners and make the site a little bit nicer and ready for going live. Since the site is also made for mobile display the banners will need to be scale-able as well. Also the CSS colors have to be update to match the general theme (you choose the colors). Think about headers, footers, block titles, etc so the design looks correct and matches.

Currently we need the following formats developed.

Since we would like to replace the pictures ourselves in the future we require you to create them in an editable PSD (2014 CC+) so we can easily replace/export them ourselves. Please remind to use clear and simple layers. For the CSS we require you to make the changes, also the images need to be uploaded by you.
