Create an Animation

We are presenting an online demonstration. It will be similiar to this dentist video [login to view URL] what we want is to have a stage. The user will select a tool just as they are presented in this video. there will be five tools. The user will have to select each tool at the correct time. if the user picks the wrong tool it will have a red x over it and they can try again. They will have to pick 5 tools in a row and use the tools by wiggling the mouse or dragging the tool to the correct location on the screen by clicking and dragging the mouse. The link above is a lot more sophisticated as it is a whole video game. We just want one sceene with the ability to select and use tools. If the user selects any tool in the wrong order he has two wrong answers if he gets a 3rd answer wrong he has to start the whole process all over again. Upon completion it will link to another page. This has to be done without using flash because it has to work on phones and tablets
