Create an Animated Video Sampler

We need a sample animated film (approx. 5 mins) portraying scenes that will dramatise business concepts. The idea is to simulate business ideas in a real world setting making the concepts appealing and retentive. We are looking for a moving comic book strip with minimal animation (only the mouth of a character in motion, one portion of an entire frame in motion, etc.) with an emphasis on graphic design for the still frames. The script will be provided from our side for the project. You will have to provide the voiceovers, artwork, etc. The ultimate aim is to sell sets of 10-15 videos of approximately 20 min each. This is the scale of the work in the upcoming months.
