Commerial ads for paper

Looking for someone who has extensive experience creating advertising for newspapers to make several templates. I would like the printable area of our paper is 9.75 inches wide x 15 inches tall. I would like the following: 20 full page ad templates for cars (see copyrighted samples) 10 1.2 page templates for cars (same as above) 20 1/4 page templates for cars (same as above) In addition I want 4 smaller templates for each for the following ad types: 1. Hair dresser\beauty salons 2. Utility Trailers 3. Pawn Stores 4. Fencing Companies 5. Lawn Care 6. Garages\sheds 7. Kitchen Cabinets 8. Lawn Mowers 9. Motorcycle shops 10. Furniture Stores 11. Antique\Thrift Store 12. Pools 13. Tractors\farm 14. Appliances 15. Restaurants 16. Building material 17. Wheels and car accessories 18. Junk\salvage cars 19. Automotive repair 20. Car Audio These templates will need to be of varying size and I will provide a template showing the printable area but each will need to be somewhere between 1/4 to 1/2 a page. All of the ads will need to have fully editable text so I can simply change the name\number\details with the specifics quickly and without much time involvement. All ad templates could use the same business name and phone number to start with (i.e., "First Class Autos" or "First Class Fence Co."). I am looking for some creative ads. The paper will be printed in black and white initially but the ads need to be formatted in color. The ads should be catchy but not overly complicated as most of our customers are small local businesses with little or no previous advertising experience. The successful bidder will have provided samples during the selection process.
