Your existing site was programmed with .NET language and we would be happy to Redesign and develop a similar application on PHP/MySQL, possibly on an MVC framework (like .net but PHP based) such as Symfony2 or CodeIgnitor. Regarding the accessibility I would like to make the site 100% responsive with HTML5, jQuery , CSS so that customer can access the site using any available device like mobile, tablets, PC or anything. This responsiveness will also be browser friendly. However I would appreciate it if you could provide a sample of the XML datafeed of REA. Also, please specify the API source then that would be great. The data display can be done in two ways.... 1.1 Parse the data from the source site and displayed directly on your website. This usually happens if the feed format is either through and API or XML. A copy of the data can be stored in the database. 1.2 Data is first stored in the database and the site frontend queries the data from the database as opposed to point 1. 2.
