Clean URL and deleting some text from homepage

This is the text: "InnoCompany is modern, unique and Responsive theme loaded with features This theme has more features than you are going to need for any project. Just take a look at features page. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna aliquam erat volutpat." Job 2: At the moment the urls contain ?q= and I am unable to run the clean urls test. I would like all urls containing ?q= like: [login to view URL] to read: [login to view URL] This job should take 5mins for a drupal expert. Thank you.
