I require a Calendar Template compatible with Corel Draw 9.0 for calendar year 2004.
This calendar will need to be 11 x 17 inches (8.5 x 11 when folded). It must be set up to print so that it may be book style stapled and have place holders for pictures above the calendar month. Pretty much the standard calendar format.
It must be delivered with all .cdr source files and resources.
## Deliverables
1) All .cdr files in Corel 9.0 or compatible.
2) Any images used to create the calendar
