1. I will choose the freelancer based on the delivery time and price.
2. If you do not deliver within the time you promised, there will be a penalty system for late delivery, and money will be deducted for each day of late delivery.
3. I you don't finish the whole project exactly as I asked for, I will not pay a single dollar, as an incomplete project doesn't benefit, so I will not pay anything for it. The time I would have wasted is enough loss for me.
4. There will be no milestones, only one milestone after the project is FULLY COMPLETE and as per my satisfaction. Expect some revisions regarding the overall template and design. But trust me, I am in a bigger hurry than you are, so I will not ask for changes unless they are really important.

I will provide all graphic designs (Home Banner, Logo, pictures, videos, etc.), you just have to change the symbols and icons used (Template), as well as the colors and font styles. For the template and colors, you should use the two blue and orange colors I attached to the project description. I also attached some comments to save you some time. Check the attached picture.
Regarding the CMS (Client Management System), it should keep track of hundreds of clients, how many hours the client has bought, how many hours is left for him, the projects and tasks, the employees, and how many hours they worked, how much money they should get paid, a rating and feedback system for each employee and each job. If we find a readymade wordpress pluggin, it would be great. You should search for one that has all these features, and show it to me before you implement it. If we don't find a wordpress pluggin, we should integrate the API of Activecollab. So you should also be able to integrate the API Library of Activecollab.
