Build a viral type web -- 2

Looking to have someone to set up a newspaper site using the newspaper theme from www.tagdiv.com. The basic requirements are 1) Install the theme, which we can purchase, to make it work. 2) Upload a cache plug-in and site optimization plus-in which are available form wordpress.org. Also install another plug-in that allows insert ad within article page. And install script from Revecontent or another network. 3) Install subscribe plug-in if the built-in plug in is not good enough. 4) Have a simple logo retouch to have a high definition version which can work well with the new site. And if you can, improve the looks a bit to make it more attractive (font, size etc). If you have any other goodies to add, even better:)) The theme seems to be optimized already so its page speed is good. Make sure your work at least does not slow the page speed. Please let me know some similar work you have done so I know you can do the job well. Also helpful if you could introduce a bit of your relevant professional experience instead of vague statements like " I can do it". Thanks.
