Build online educational website with question database for quizzing -- 2

This project is for an online educational school. The required features are listed below: 1) User accounts - users must be able to track their progress, test scores,. recieve news and notifications on their home page such as their class schedule or homework assignments. 2) Payment processing 3) Wikipedia section for 'online textbook'. Must have video capabilities as well (including pause/play, fast forward, rewind, next, previous, full screen, and share). Users must be able to leave comments and read previous comments like facebook. 4) Platform for answering multiple-choice questions from a database of questions we will provide. User has ability to select questions based on categories(single or multiple) and which test mode they want to use. Test modes:. a) Untimed-tests - user has unlimited time to finish question. b)Timed-tests - user has to finish certain number of questions within a time limit. c) Tutor mode - after user selects answer they can see information explaining the reasoning with links to the text book wikipedia pages. Also tell which answer choices were selected by other users in percentage format. (25% of users that have done this questions chose 'A', 50% chose 'B' etc.) d) Review mode - User can come back to previous tests and read all explanations per question. Also, -Flag and leave comments for certain questions. -Calculator, Reference information. -Go to previous question, next question, or click any question number. -Signify which questions are unanswered. -User exits in three ways: 1) Completes exam (Alert notification asking if they are sure), 2) Suspend the test for later (question selection remains and time gets paused) -Ability to see how many unused questions are remaining. Total and per category. -Please see attached image for idea. 6) Social media integration to share posts, pictures, or other information. 7) Website home page will have information about the school, testimonials, contact information, and news. Your company must be able to remain on retainer for updates here after for a separate cost to be discussed later.
