Build an online community - Auto replies will be ignored - No auto bids please !

Hello, First of all any automated replies or bids will be ignored.. DO NOT bid until you read every word carefully and form your reply accordingly. I've posted a related project here before and most of bids were automated so they never replied to me and I cancelled the offer. I may not pay much but I will give you a good rating + long term relationship. I have UI / UX ready for an online community with the following: 1- The site has 2 languages Arabic and English 2- There is 2 sections in the site, one can be done with wordpress which is the blog attached to the site and the other needs - from scratch coding -. 3 - An intro homepage which allows the user to subscribe manually or through facebook or he/she can log in as a guest 4- Inside, every user has his own profile ( wall - photo - edit profile - posting to other profiles - messaging system - notification system - " Rating system " which is the core of the service. 5- Backend which has similar features as vBulletin admin backend (I will put every feature needed later ) what I need is the following: 1- Search engine optimized pages 2- Creation of word press template related to the original site UI template as I don't have UI for the blog 3- Facebook /twitter friendly site as the user will choose to share almost every thing on the site so the picture which will be grabbed and the meta description .. etc needs good attention and care 4- Good security measures concerning site safety and passwords encoding 5- Speed optimization, the site needs to be lite as possible, don't want Database related lags due to inappropriate optimization 6- Will need package of cover photos to use on social media sites/ 2 logos to choose from / some photos related to the site to use in the marketing later 7- The user can use our service from the facebook page tab If you going to post a bid make sure to describe mention your portfolio and your questions/comments concerning the project
