Build a Website : I want a 3D website similar to worldofalfa.com. Except my site will be for alterations.

The main 3D feature will be a dressed mannequin, with a list of different cloths to choose from; as a side bar; shirt, jacket, pant, which need alterations. When you choose the Item, it will automatically appear on the mannequin.
Next you can choose from a list of different alterations that can be preformed per. piece of clothing. As you choose the alteration, it will appear on the piece of clothing as a sample.
Once the customer has chosen the alteration to be done, they will follow an icon that will lead them to instructions on how to send me the garment to alter, and the payment instructions. Along with terms and conditions and a signature.
I would like to name website as: 'Dress Me Well'. and the web address I already have is [login to view URL], which could be used or not. And for a Logo use a Mannequin that says, 'Dress Me Well' written on it.
