Build a Website for new hosting company !

We are taking on the big boys ! We are creating a new hosting company. What we need - 1. Website & everything associated with the presentation of a website however not limited to including favicon, logo, mobile friendly display for all devices, each country will hit the one domain but will be custom to their area such as pricing. 2. Connect - back end billing software & cPanel automation known as boxbilling found at [login to view URL] - domain reseller and SSL reseller & other reseller accounts. 3. Connect - external chat software & ticket system 4. Create skins for cPanel, Facebook, Twitter etc so everything appears seamless 5. Wordpress or similar format, must have easy to update back end 6. go da ddy would be the major competitor to give you the idea of the market we are after 7. Everything that is required must be provided under the one quote 8. Preferred that site is completed by Wednesday 16th September 2015 with all alterations be completed by 18th September 2015 so site can be live by midnight 18th September 2015, maybe extended for the right developer. 9. References, unless this can be established through freelancer site, sites will be provided and contact information for those sites. Work from Australian, US UK & European sites will be desirable. You will need to be available for future work such as creating new graphics for holiday promotions, however price for this work does not fall under this project, please quote separately. Future opportunity to provide white label websites for our clients and other associated items with the business, could mean ongoing and consistent work for your business. Discussion after hosting business is established will be required. Skype for chat to discuss and understand project in a different way.
