Build a Website for church management CRM service

Looking to build a new service for an online Church management CRM similiar to [login to view URL] Basically looking to run an insightly style service customized for churches and not businesses. I find most of the solutions available for churchs are installed standalone solutions with outdated designs and confusing navigation. The system should not require training. The aim is to have a nice clean professional look with a simple customizable control panel. -So now that you have the main goal of the app here are our feature request- -There will be 3 levels of access 1. an administrative panel for setting prices, ad management, and running reports etc [login to view URL] manangement control panel [login to view URL] access to check in, update contact info, online donations Admin panel features -This is going to be sold as a webbased service so it should have different member levels (free for 1-50 members, $35/ month for 50-100 etc) the member levels and monthly price should be adjustable in the admin control panel -ad management for setting up ad campaigns, rotating ads, setting ad prices, -income reports -I want the backend to run off of a modular system so I can easily have addons updated and added in the future. (modules will include items such as support ticket system, mail chimp integration, and other features added in the future) -A support ticket system module for when customers email us for help -user management with custom permissions to add our staff members for support staff and sales Church Staff Control Panel -This is the main backend for churches to log into and use as a CRM/church management -Features should be similar to those available on [login to view URL] and other church based CRM -Should have GREAT mobile support so staff could use tablets or phones to access -Block layout editor so they can change placement of reporting blocks and navigation bar -custom church name or logo on top, customizible colors, and customizible background images with a gallery showing a few pre-selected images -ability to setup custom groups to fit different organizations, (example they can create custom member groups such as pastor, sunday school teachers, maintenance staff) -member directory with staff having color highlighted boxes, with custimizable colors for different member groups -Attendance checkin -follow up management so pastors and staff know when visitors and members have been called/ had home visits. -Prayer request/praise management -staff calendars similiar to google calendar to keep track of appointments -Ability for churches to set custom url such as [login to view URL] -Ability to set there own subdomain as the domain for member access (so [login to view URL] > [login to view URL]) -Support forms to submit tickets and feature requests -profile settings with all church settigns and payment options to upgrade/downgrade account. Member frontend access -member checkin -visitor registration -(future upgrades will include child checkin for children ministries) I have no ideal how much time or budget is required, so just bid a fair price with explanation of cost and how much time schedule. I'll also require examples of other custom platforms you created so I know your skilled to handle this and make sure it comes out great. Future work includes a custom mobile app, mailchimp integration for churches to setup newsletters, kiosk and handheld scanner support for member/kid checkin's
