changes to the PHP code such that documents (mostly pdf but others as well) to be opened in either the browser stream "viewed" or opened in a viewer application on the site. This could lead to a future rewrite of the entire setup since it is written in older code. There are things i would like to be able to do but cant as well as hings that no one needs any longer that could be removed. The primary immediate goal is to simply get this downloads to stop. While yo are doing that if you could also offer some suggestions I could provide more on the method of use. It would be worth having it re-written if the cost is not too high. Currently all click to view results in a download before it can be opened. The program is a small document manger. The PHP module is the problem i think
