I want someone to design me a web site like the link below:

Every time the visitor click next button it must open a new web page inside the same page just like the link.
I need to have the ability to remove or add any web pages.
what I want Exactly is to design this website with the following requests
1-I need to move to the page on clicking next but without opening a new page ( as example) Most important
2-I need a back button to go back to the previous page
3-I want the same design of the example website but with changing color (Let it blue) and name ( I ll tell it to you later).
4-you must give me the ability to add or remove any undesired pages.
5-I need a hidden counter to count visitors.
6-I need a place on the bar to add any notes for the shown page.
7-You must show me how to publish on Internet (Not a free domain).
