Build a Website

I have my own WordPress website but I need someone to put it together for me and get it ready to sell my digital software on. I just need all the pluggins installed for shopping cart, paypal, credit card etc. I need the menu organized and some pictures added to go along with what the program is. You will not have to worry about writing any content. I will do that. I just need the pages created for me to write the content on.
