Build a Website

I have a trivia game of 10 multiple choice questions. Years ago, I had it built into a flash game. Now I need it converted (or simply built from scratch) in responsive HTML so that it will work on any device. Here is a deeper description of the game: The flash game can be viewed at [login to view URL] "Beat the Producer" In this game the user has 60 seconds to answer 10 multiple choice questions. At the outset of the game, an audio file plays explaining the game and the rules. The user also sees the rules on screen. Then the game begins. Audio of a ticking clock plays while questions come up on the screen. If the user clicks the correct answer, user hears an audio file of the show host cheering. User gets a point and moves on to the next question. If user gives the wrong answer, user hears an audio file of the host cat-calling and user gets to guess again. User gets three guesses per question. If they don't get the question right by the third guess, they move on to the next question. User can also PASS on a question and go on to the next question. If user PASSes, they will get the question again once they've taken a shot at all the other questions (as long as there is time left on the clock). At the end of the 60 seconds, an audio file buzzer plays and then the user gets to hear how the show host did when answering the same set of questions. This is simply an audio file of the host attempting to answer the same questions live on the show (the audio file is edited by the show staff and ftp'd to the server). When the file is done playing, the game shows the host's score and tells the user whether or not they beat the host. The way this is all done on the back end: Every day, after the game is played on the air, the staff edits the 60 second clip of the host playing the game. They then create an RSS file which includes the name and location of the audio file, the 10 questions asked, and all the multiple answers of each question. The RSS file also includes the score that the host earned. The flash game uses the above data to 'play' the same set of questions with the user and compare the user's score with the host's score. A leaderboard is included which shows the initials of the best players and SHARE links allow players to share their performance on social. All past audio files and RSS files of 10-question sets stay on the server so that users can play as many games as they want, with the game serving up a new (selected at random from all the past games) set of 10 questions each time the game is played. The first set of questions the game plays are always the most recent set added. After that, when users request to 'play again' the game simply selects a random set of questions from the past.
